Fine Build Homes LTD is a proud member of the National House-Building Council (NHBC).  We are Residential Housing developer based in the South East specialising in new build residential houses.   We strive to create sustainable new developments that inspire modern living and set new benchmarks in design. Our use of top quality architects means we create homes that are built to compliment their surroundings without compromising on a unique attention to detail. We’re not just passionate about building great looking homes, we’re also dedicated to building the right homes for our customers delivered with exceptional service, while also contributing to the heart of local communities.

We have successfully developed sites using the latest Timber Frame techniques as well as the traditional bricks and mortar.  Our timber framed houses offer a very quick build time with amazing energy performance.  The air tightness, sound control and over all  thermal effectiveness of the factory made timber frame makes it a good choice looking for a long term sustainable house.  Our traditional build offer solid brickwork giving the traditional feel chosen by some clients.

Fine Build Homes Ltd is a NHBC registered company meaning you have the security and backing of the insurance and 10 year new build warranty that comes with the NHBC brand.  Our sites are inspected by both Building control and NHBC at specific stages to ensure the build quality is maintained throughout all builds.

We have recently worked with Piers Taylor, one of the UK’s leading architects,  in designing and delivering a modern cutting edge house that was featured on a BBC prime time show.

 

 

Tyler Pearmain – Director

Tyler was the co founder of Fine Build Homes Ltd and brings a wealth of building experience and developing with him.  Tyler’s background is a mixture of Investment Banking in London along with over 18 years property developing.  He knows the building trade very well and has learnt from the bottom up.  He can carry out pretty much all jobs on a site giving him the added advantage of being able to spot .  His main attribution to the company nowadays is to over see sites and ensure projects are delivered on time and in budget.  His ability to deal with multiple issues at once and keep things moving in the right direction is his key strength to the company.  He works very well with his team and has a great ability to get along with people and motivate them.

Tyler is a family man who enjoy s the water.  He is a keen sailor and has passed his Coastal Skipper License.
